Cannoli filling is made with the freshest ricotta, mildly sweetened with just a hint of lemon. Filling is delivered in sealed piping bags of 20oz each, which can fill approximately 10- 6” cannoli shells. Filling bags sold separately. One bag per unit.

Filling is perishable and must be refrigerated until ready to use.
